WaveRFID is excited to announce our integration with Frames Data IDA. We designed our integration to Frames Data so that it is alive and constantly updating your frame information. We wanted to match the constantly changing environment in your optical. Each frame catalog is populated with missing data and updated to include the most current wholesale pricing and discontinued dates. This information is presented back to business owners and managers in dashboard views in order to make critical and timely decisions regarding returns and price changes.
You can add frames using multiple methods:
- Scan the barcode(s) on the packaging from your frame vendor to create a list of the items you want to import.
- Search by any and all frame attributes – name, brand, color, shape, eye size and more
- Import frames from your POS system – we will still update missing information and continually update price changes and discontinued dates
- Manually enter frames – even if the item isn’t in Frames Data yet and you need to put it in manually, we will still update it for you with any missing information once Frames Data has added it to their database.
During import we can automatically calculate your retail prices and cost based on your vendor or brand discounts. You can also select a frame to be ordered during the import process, saving you time and minimizing steps.
